Centenary Quay is surrounded by a number of walking and cycling routes providing access to destinations both nearby and across Hampshire.
Woolston High Street is situated on Victoria Road and provides a number of shops including Superdrug, and Woolston Post Office. In addition, there are a variety of cafes and other services on offer including Boots Pharmacy, Piggy’s Café, Greggs and Hairdressers Hair salon. There is also a Lidl nearby.
To the southeast of the site is Weston Shore Promenade, which is ideal for taking leisurely walks along Southampton Water.

The National Cycle Network provides huge benefits to health and wellbeing, with 4.4 million people using the network between 2017 and 2018. 786 million walking and cycling trips were made on the Network. As a result, £88 million was saved through reduced road congestion.
Route 2 of the National Cycle Network runs directly through Woolston providing a route into Southampton City Centre via the Itchen Bridge as well as, Netley and Hamble. It forms part of a 361- mile long route between Dover and St. Austell in Cornwall.
